Hello.

We are lucky to be involved in discussion of the creation of an Associate Membership of the Faculty of Public Health.

Associate means anyone who is interested in training in public health but who is not currently eligible for other categories of membership.

By completing this survey you will help the Faculty of Public Health decide what sort interest there is in various membership packages. Your response will therefore strongly influence the content and availability of Faculty membership.
