NHS Links: a new approach to international health links Are you a health professional working in the NHS and interested in global health work? The organisers of a new NHS network to set up links between NHS hospitals and those in less developed countries write in the BMJ about how to get involved. Interested in relief work? Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine are launching a diploma in humanitarian assistance, a multidisciplinary training programme in emergency relief and development. The course runs from May to June each year. Read a recent SBMJ article, "Humanitarian Assistance: standards, skills, training and experience" for information on other ways to work in humanitarian aid. Read more about the course here.
