At the beginnning of 2005, the London Medsin International Health Reading Group hosted a talk on 'HIV/Aids in South Africa: The extent and genesis of the crisis and the experience of the Treatment Action Campaign as a community response to a failure of governance' given by Andrew Feinstein, former ANC MP and director of Friends of the Treatment Action Campaign. He has kindly supplied the notes from his talk.
