Mission / Vision Statement:
BOND (British Overseas NGOs for Development) is the United Kingdom's broadest network of voluntary organisations working in international development and has over 280 members. BOND aims to improve the UK's contribution to international development by promoting the exchange of experience, ideas and information amongst BOND members between networks of NGOs in the UK and internationally with the UK government between BOND members and other UK bodies with an interest in international development . To support this work, BOND manages training, advocacy and information services.

Structure of Organisation:
BOND's membership: BOND currently has over 280 members, representing a wide cross-section of the UK NGO community. They pay a membership subscription based on their annual expenditure, and govern BOND through an Annual General Meeting.
BOND Executive Committee: The AGM elects 15 individuals from member organisations to its Executive Committee, which governs the network on behalf of the membership. The Executive has six members from small, five from medium, and four from large NGOs. There are also three further members co-opted from the Steering Committee for the EC-NGO Network (UK Platform). The Executive Committee has five sub-committees.
BOND Secretariat: The BOND Secretariat manages the network's activities on a day to day basis.
BOND's work is funded by member subscriptions, income generation, and grants from DFID and the Big Lottery Fund
